Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If you need your order sooner, please email us at info@theplushlab.co, and we will try our best to rush your order.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location:

    • U.S. Orders: 1-7 business days

    • International Orders: 7-21 business days

  • We do offer expedited shipping at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

  • Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.

  • If your package is lost in transit, email us at info@theplushlab.co, and we’ll do our best to help.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Cancellation Policy ❌

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
